Vikash is one of the founding partners in Prudentia & Partners and is an experienced litigator for several years. His fora of practice include the Supreme Court of India and several High Courts, various Tribunals such as TDSAT, APTEL and DRAT. He is a seasoned lawyer in appellate forums for service, education, electricity, consumer disputes, civil, criminal and arbitration cases. He specializes in emerging fields such as Sports Law, IBC and labour reforms in the private sector.

He has worked with Shri P.S. Narasimha, the then Additional Solicitor General of India and assisted him in litigations of national importance and involving critical legal issues.

He has also been an integral part of the mediation between the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and the various State Cricket Associations in implementing the reforms suggested by the Justice Lodha Committee. In addition to the professional association as mentioned above, he has represented clients like DMRC, Joyalukkas Pvt. Ltd., J. K. Cements, Videocon Group and several distinguished citizens of the country.
